Cyber Risk in Enterprise Data Storage

Work-from-home is the new normal today. With employees world over working remotely, their dependence on Enterprise Data Storage solutions has increased.

CSW conducted two-month research on Enterprise Data Storage solutions where we analyzed 741 vulnerabilities from 2010 to 2020 (February) and these are the results –

• 108 CVEs are weaponized
• 56 CVEs have RCE and Privilege Execution
• 3 CVEs are associated with Ransomware
• Scanners such as Nessus, Nexpose, Qualys have missed 41, 43, and 30 vulnerabilities, respectively.
